*Please pardon our site progress* The Clementine on College is part of the redevelopment of the original 1965 Hi-Way Inn Motel in hopes of rehabilitating the site to align with the city's future development. The Clementine consists of 8 of the existing motel units, which, while still small, have been updated and refurbished with a nod back to its midcentury design. The site is also home to Cafe Rue Orleans, a beloved local restaurant where you can be sure to have a great meal during your stay.

This quiet and cozy space is close to the U of A, hospitals, shopping, parks, entertainment, and bike trails. It is a separate studio with private coded entrance. 1 full/double bed non-smoking property,small studio, private entrance behind house. Please no strong fragrances. Lots of birds, flowers, and vegetable garden. Gas grill in peaceful backyard. Short drive of 1.5 miles to hiking trails by lake and horseback riding. Local paved road is used for bicycle road race training. The nearest full grocery store is 4.5 miles, and Fayetteville's Square is 8 miles.

Our Airbnb is close to the University of Arkansas and about a half mile from Razorback Stadium. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Includes king size bed, 2 twin beds, pull out sofa bed, kitchenette (microwave, sink, full refrigerator, snacks, coffee , Wifi, 65' HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, Plex... Outdoor grill , sitting area, and fire pit.
