Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

The Kove

Relax and enjoy time at the lake with your family in this cozy cottage fully equipped with all the comforts of home situated on beautiful Kukagami lake. Perfect for a small family or a couple looking for some quiet time together. This property includes Wifi, 3 bedrooms, heating and a/c, a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom. Outdoor screen room with dining table and BBQ. Private yard and driveway with amazing views of the lake. Sauna, paddle boat, canoe and swim pad available to use.

(Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. Here, you will be surrounded by a mature pine forest and the call of nature. The property is Semi Remote with no adjacent neighbors. If you are looking for quiet and solitude with direct contact with surrounding nature, you have found it.

Cozy Cabin on Lake Nipissing

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
