Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the huge backyard with tree swings. Check out our homestead (goats, chickens, bees)! This is a perfect location for a family party or reunion. 2 Bedroom Basement with Full Kitchen

Pleasant 2-bedroom, one bath basement with large windows/natural light. Private entrance & patio. It’s on a quiet rural street yet with the conveniences of Heber City. Near Park City skiing, biking fishing, golf. Queen bed in each bedroom, comfortable living room, laundry and full kitchen with utensils for cooking. We allow mature dogs only. No other types of pets. In consideration of others, no dogs on furniture or beds. If you like to sleep with your dog, this place is not a good fit.

The Boujee Basement

This spacious Boujee Basement is perfect for the whole family with a private entrance, full kitchen and big screen TV. Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Beautiful basement apartment w/stunning backyard

Enjoy this beautiful, quiet and peaceful basement rental. Private entrance, parking, hot tub, fire pit, playground & pickleball court. Mountain biking trails are accessible directly from our home. Come and relax with a fantastic view of Mount Timpanogos from the patio. We are less than 25 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley & Sundance. Skiing, hiking, biking, fishing & boating are all within minutes from our home. There is so much to do in the beautiful Heber Valley!
