We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Very spacious and Gregg and Christine are wonderful hosts, including the freshly baked bread and Easter treats which were a nice touch. The hot tub is the best we’ve used at similar holidays we’ve had. We’ll be back and also sharing details with friends and family.

A lovely rural retreat on a beautiful property. All the essentials and so much more, very clean and well maintained. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming, would highly recommend!

The views of the countryside were absolutely incredible — we couldn’t get enough of them, especially from the hot tub. It really was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. We were also really impressed with how well-equipped everything was. It’s clear you’ve put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and welcoming. We definitely felt right at home. We’re already talking about coming back, and we’ll be bringing our parents next time too! I’ve also sent the link to a few family and friends who I know would love it as much as we did. Perfect little weekend away. We stayed here for my birthday weekend and had the best time, we were so sad to come home. We absolutely loved the view from the bed overlooking the fields and sheep. We loved the hot tub and there was plenty of logs to use during our stay for this and a fire. We cooked pizza on the fire which was delicious. Whilst we were there we went to The Farmer’s dog (lovely pub and great food - also owned by Jeremy Clarkson). We also went to Diddly Squat farm, 100% recommend, get there early as the queue does get big. We then went to Broughton on water which was beautiful! On the Sunday we went to the Kings arms and got a Sunday roast and it was the best roast we have ever had, sticky toffee pudding is also a MUST. We walked to the Kings arms which is about a 10 min walk. 100% recommend and would love to come back!

Was a lovely stay! We’d definitely come again We came as a group of 4 and everything was to our needs, the beds where comfy , shower is accessible, 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us , and everything was as it should be , the hottub was beautiful so relaxing , The hottub man is very nice and comes to check on the hottub often , we loved our stay and would recommend to many

We had a wonderful week here with our two-year-old daughter. The location is perfect. Within a two-minute walk, there are several restaurants and breakfast spots (The Bear Inn was our favorite). In just five minutes, you’re at the train station, where you can catch a train to Oxford and London. There’s so much to do in the area for children. The cottage had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

my partner and I stayed here last night for a peaceful night away and it was just that. The Little garden space was perfect for a relaxing cuppa and watching nature. We fired up the outside tub (which took around 2 hours because we were hesitant on the amount of wood we put in the burner) poured a glass of wine and relaxed for a couple of hours. Before our check in we popped to The Tavern in Broom which had lovely food. we went for a stroll and popped into the local farm shop which is definitely somewhere I'd recommend as there was so much produce and they have a cafe too. The bed was comfy and we slept well. the kitchen area has everything you need for a little break away. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay for a nice night of escape

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the farm was honestly one of the best nights away me and my other half have had! The bed was so so soft and We really loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The owners are really nice and helpful we had a full tour on arrival of all the facilities and the animals too! We were provided with bags of food to feed the animals with around the farm and even made a friend with a little lamb that didn’t want us to leave! The hot tub was brand new and it is set up for a perfect view of the countryside that surrounds you. The bbq hut was our spot for the evening after the hot tub where we cooked our dinner. We had full cooking utensils provided and didn’t need to bring anything! It was nice to listen to some music and relax by fire for the evening! In The morning before we checked out we sat outside with a cup of tea and had two ducks wander up to our feet and sit with us until we left. If you want peace and quiet in nature this is the place to go. Will definitely be return
