Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

On the edge of the Cotswolds and close to Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers lovely countryside views and a welcoming retreat for two. The Pig Hut Escape to the privacy and tranquillity of The Pig Hut, our sole self contained Shepherd’s Hut in over an acre of its own land. The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
