It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Stratford-upon-Avon train station are both only a 5 minute walk from the property.

This light and spacious first floor apartment is on a pedestrianised street in the very heart of town. It's a perfect location for exploring and enjoying all that makes Stratford special. Popular with visitors and locals alike; it has a variety of cafes, shops, historic timbered buildings, hotels and restaurants. From the bay window you'll see interesting views and people strolling about. Shakespeare's birthplace, RSC Theatre, the river Avon and Trinity church, are all an easy walk.

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

The Baginton Bear Suite

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

A high quality self-contained ground floor annexe which is part of the main house, but with totally separate access consisting of a double bedroom, lounge and shower room with free onsite parking. We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.
