Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Bourbon Escape

Bourbon Escape is located in the hospital district with-in minutes of everything Evansville and Newburgh has to offer. Centrally located between Newburgh and Evansville makes this property a great option regardless if you are visiting for work or play. We are 15 min from Deaconees Sports Park, Goebel Soccer Complex, and Ford Center. The Warrick Wellness Walking Trail is only 400ft away. Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

Whether you're looking to get away for a wedding weekend, off road riding & hiking at Interlake &/or Sugar Ridge SRA's, or fishing & kayaking at Lynnville Park, this is the perfect location to enjoy all this area of Southern IN has to offer. Easy access to I-64. Large pull through driveway for trailers.

Red door house on hill. Sleeps 11

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan. Air hockey, toys.
