State Forest Getaway

Enjoy our Mountain getaway for year round fun! There are lots of activities close by-Mohawk Ski Mountain, Indian Lake and historic Covered Bridges! Hike in the backyard, cool off in the creek or relax in front of the Wood-burning fireplace or get the whole family together for a fun BBQ on the outdoor deck. We have 4 comfortable bedrooms plus daybed room and 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped Chefs Kitchen. The living room is great for lounging and perfect a movie night watched on the projector

An ideal location ,Torrington is about 2 1/2 hours from Boston and NYC and convenient to the Berkshires. Within driving distance to various outdoor activities and attractions including hiking trails, breweries, distillery, wineries, skiing, golf antique shopping, restaurants and variety of entertainment . The hosts are accessible for directions, assistance, or a fun history lesson of the area.

Waterfront home on Bantam Lake, 3BR/2BA. Relax on the deck, enjoy the sunrise, swim at your private beach. Kayaks available for use (4); bring your boat or jet ski. Minutes away from hiking, snow skiing, vineyards, biking, and so much more. The area offers great restaurants and family friendly activities that are minutes away. BBQ on the gas grill, enjoy the fire pit on the beach. House is great for couples, individuals & families. Please check first if you plan to bring a boat. 7 maximum.

Charming CT Country Farmhouse for group getaway

We are thrilled to share our idyllic country home with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Built in 1882, set on a hill with ample indoor and outdoor space (two kitchens!) overlooking the Housatonic River and the famous West Cornwall bridge, our fully stocked house is close to hiking, fishing, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding. Set in gorgeous Litchfield Hills near the Appalachian trail, wineries, breweries, farms, rivers and lakes, waterfalls, antiques, casual or fine dining.

The Farmhouse

Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!
