Enjoy our Mountain getaway for year round fun! There are lots of activities close by-Mohawk Ski Mountain, Indian Lake and historic Covered Bridges! Hike in the backyard, cool off in the creek or relax in front of the Wood-burning fireplace or get the whole family together for a fun BBQ on the outdoor deck. A serene get away in a farm cottage on a real working farm. We homesteaded this property in 2012 and have created our own slice of paradise. We grow produce and flowers we sell at a local farmers market. We have Scottish Highlander cows, an ex racehorse, a shetland pony, goats, ducks, chickens, barn cats and a resident farm dog, Finula. You're welcome to roam the property, sit by the pond, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm or explore all that Litchfield county has to offer!

There are many wineries, breweries, towns to explore, antique shops, ski mountains, and beautiful hiking trails. Here you can simply open the windows to listen to natures sound machine!
