You’ll enjoy privacy and space, while being only a 2-minute drive to downtown McMinnville’s shops, restaurants, and the historic Park Theater. For adventure, Cumberland Caverns, Rock Island State Park, and some of Tennessee’s best kayaking rivers are just a short drive away.

Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

The Getaway at the Collins River Tree Farm

Very quiet, isolated, 3 BR, 2 BA cottage in the middle of a 60-acre farm surrounded by mountains and the Collins Scenic River. Very close to Cumberland Caverns Cave! Minutes to several state parks and waterfalls. Property has lots of parking and places to park boats, etc. Great place to hike, bike, fish, kayak, canoe, swim, etc. Please read the rules concerning watching children on this property! It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!
