It has a peaceful feeling inside and outside. A ten minute walk to the warm mineral springs. A Dollar general shopping store is at the end of the street one mile away. Awesome location, very roomy, washer and dryer. Fifteen minutes or less from major shopping centers. Twenty minutes from Englewood beach and 25 minutes to Venice beaches.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. After falling in love with Florida for a family vacation destination, we purchased this duplex as a place to enjoy and share with others. It is a duplex located in one of the original residential neighborhoods of North Port. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, within walking distance to San Pedro Catholic Church. Located within a mile from restaurants, shopping and near a highway, our Hatka makes for a perfect getaway on a budget.
