Centrally located to major roads, highways &convenient to historic Plymouth/Sandwich. Easy to explore and enjoy the Cape Cod canal, ocean beaches as well as recreational activities nearby. Hike trails @ Ellisville Harbor State Park/picnic at the Herring run or canal, or grab a game of golf nearby.

Ocean Front Cottage With A Million Dollar View

This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. Twenty-two steps down to the beach. Sometime in October we bring up the beach stairs due to the weather. They go back down in the spring. On the road, a short walk to a nature preserve, there is a path to the beach. This is a very peaceful and quiet location.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.
