Charming first floor, one bedroom apartment located on a quiet dead end street, walking distance to downtown amenities including: museums, theater, restaurants, shopping, library, and public transportation like the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Cuttyhunk. We are .6 miles from St. Luke’s Hospital which is perfect for traveling medical professionals. There are options for creating a conducive work from home office space. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need for a getaway.

This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
