Converted contemporary studio with gated parking & use of own garden 200 ft from main house, seating, fire pit enjoying breath taking views across open fields. Vaulted ceiling & mezzanine sleeping area access via ladder also small double sofa bed if preferred. Essendon Village is a rural Hamlet (no shops) 30 mins from London 10 mins Hatfield Station great country walks, pubs, close to Hatfield House & Hertford or base to explore London. My Cosy annex in lovely Sawbridgeworth nr stansted

Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Tiny garden Studio (Strictly No smoking)

Set in a very quiet peaceful area, this a very compact little space (studio) is part of a 120 yr old victorian cottage surrounded by greenery and beautiful walks, its perfect for a quiet getaway. There is Sky TV and NETFLIX, it has its own entrance, courtyard garden and driveway. Hertford North station is only 5 mins away which gets to Finsbury Park in 30 mins or Moorgate in 55. Hertford is a beautiful little town with so much history and lots of nice pubs and restaurants

Annex with short walk to Harlow Mill train station

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.
