Walthamstow apartment

Light and airy 1 bedroom flat 25 minutes to central London. One bedroom with a separate kitchen/living room. Wooden floors and furniture throughout. Walthamstow is a cool, bustling neighbourhood and there are pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. This is my own home but I am often elsewhere. As such it has a homely feel complete with my books, records and fully stocked kitchen for you to use. Although the flat is on a main road double glazing minimises the sound of this.

3 minutes away from the Victoria line, this apartment is part of Q17 Lofts, a collection of 9 stunning new spacious apartments on the roof of The Quant Building. This is my home where I live my son so please do not expect those airbnb types with no life in them! My stuff is in it. So expect a fully equipped kitchen, herbs and spices for cooking, olive oil and vinegar, many toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets but also a place where you will share my space during your stay.
