A delightful detached one bedroom Summerhouse situated in a peaceful setting at the rear of the main house in the village of Twyford. Great location 5 minutes walk to the station, bus stops close by and a short walk into the village where there is a Waitrose and host of small shops/amenities. Easy access to all motorways. Twyford station have trains every 20-30 minutes to Reading/Oxford/London/Windsor/Bath and everywhere in between. Direct link to Heathrow Airport opening (we are told) in 2023.

The Annexe at Diligent Cottage

The Annexe is a peaceful rural hideaway, set on a country lane in a quiet Berkshire village. Offering a perfect blend of countryside with easy access to transport links and walking distance to a Rare Breed Dining pub. The stand alone accommodation has 600 thread count bedding and White Company bath towels for a luxurious experience. There is off road driveway parking and the inside of the property provides an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with separate bathroom and mezzanine bedroom.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Self-contained double room with en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Private access and parking. Completely private stand-alone studio but part of our home. Suitable for professional person/couple for short let periods. Ideal Monday-Friday but good for weekends to visit local area too. Free wi-fi, TV. A car is essential. Located in White Waltham village just outside Maidenhead. Easy access to Junction 8/9 of M4 and Maidenhead station. Also handy for Windsor, Henley, Ascot, Reading

Perfect for either the single professional whom needs to be in the area for work (easily commutable to Reading and London) or a couple looking to take in the local sights of Windsor, Marlow or Henley-On-Thames. An idyllic, quiet location with access to many wonderful sights. The property shares a private driveway with the main house (electronic gates for security) and benefits from an allocated parking space. The perfect gem.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
