The Hideaway is a beautiful, newly refurbished former cow shed with vaulted high-ceilings. It is an idyllic location for 2 to come and escape, and explore some of the beauty Norfolk has to offer. Based in Pott Row, a quaint Norfolk village, only a few miles from the Royal Sandringham Estate and a 15 minute drive to the coast. All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Alpha Cottages is a cosy traditional country cottage with inglenook fireplace, beams and woodburning stove, in the popular village of Shouldham. It has a large pretty private garden and is dog friendly. The cottage overlooks the village green and village community pub family and pet friendly. The village sits on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a beautiful forest with wonderful woodland trails to walk or cycle. A perfect bolthole for exploring both the country side and coast of Norfolk

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Stable Cottage - rural retreat for 2 in Norfolk

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat.

Ground floor flat with off road parking. Perfect location for those wanting to explore the historic town of King's Lynn with its maritime history, stunning buildings and a thriving pedestrianised shopping centre, all within walking distance. The flat has one double bedroom plus a bed settee in the living room. If you wish to enjoy a quiet break this is the place for you. There is no wifi or tv but the phone signal is good, so you can keep in touch with the world.

The Nissen is a unique, private and secluded two person home in the middle of a 20 acre orchard. Situated within walking distance of Elm village, with its popular pub, The Sportsman, opposite All Saints Church, being a short walk. There's also a convenience store in Birch Grove. Tesco Extra is 1.5 miles. Wisbech town centre 3 miles. Begdale road is on national cycle route 63. Peterborough, Kings Lynn, and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach by car.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Berns Place is a self contained private annexe that sleeps 2 adults with a spacious kitchen/diner, living space/bedroom, shower room, private access, garden and parking. It offers you all you need for a comfortable stay and has been recently renovated throughout. We are situated in a village location just off the A47 between the historic towns of Kings Lynn and Wisbech and is just a short drive from Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

Luxury Shepherds Hut in West Norfolk

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.
