La propriété est située à l’écart du village de Seloignes, près de Chimay, implantée le long d’un ruisseau et en bordure de forêt. Un fois le portail refermé, vous vous retrouvez dans un autre monde. Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.
