A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. This memorable place will make forever memories!!! Swim in a 90,000 gallon 12’ foot deep pool with grotto/ slide, monster spa, swim up bar, two outdoor kitchens. “30 acres” for this homestead. We have cattle, exotic deer (pets) that are fed daily (not interrupting your stay). The ranch is secured by full fencing and ranch entry code gate. Come enjoy our peaceful oasis!

Relax and unwind at the 1916 Farmhouse on Mill's Creek. Enjoy the view of the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside. Mill's Creek runs along side of the Farmhouse. Bring your fishin pole. The Farmhouse is located halfway between Sealy and Bellville. These cute little towns have some yummy mom n pop restaurants and unique shops to explore for antiques.
