Stayed with my husband and two sons and loved it. Beautiful views of mountains, very clean, comfortable, lots of amenities and loved the hot tub. We used the Murphy bed and downstairs bedroom and both were comfortable. Would stay again.

Very well located place, close to great restaurants and the view was amazing. The hospitality team was very prompt and responsive. Would love to come back and stay here.

The stay was awesome . It’s a very huge place , with a private hot tub . The view from hot tub is awesome you could see the mountains and also at night you could do star gazing. You will have your own privacy . I would highly recommend this place . I would surely visit again .

We absolutely loved this place! In great location, with it being very quiet and close to everything. Perfect amount of space inside and outside on the deck for 4 of us! Host was very quick to text us back with questions and was super nice about it. Definitely recommend staying here!

I was in town for work. But if I was there for the snowboarding, it would have been great. There’s a bus stop for the free Steamboat transit right out the front door. This place is larger than I expected it to be. Almost everything you need is in the unit. I make work trips to Steamboat often and will be staying again.

Great location near the ski resort and excellent amenities (hot tub, pool - over the parking lot but not a big deal to access). Place was clean and well-furnished. We would stay again!

Yingying is a very responsive host who communicated every small detail we needed to help enjoy the place to full. This place is very modern in it's setup and furnishings. Couldn't get enough of the view of the surroundings. We needed a couple of things that we felt were needed to help make more comfortable, and she responded immediately without question or hesitation. Wonderful

the place was lovely it was the perfect place for our family and friends to visit after graduation. we come to Steamboat often and this was one of the best places we have stayed in quite some time. We will be returning

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay. We had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen table accommodated 7 people comfortably, and that was one of my reasons for picking this property. That and the large family areas! We used the grill for most meals and it had plenty of propane. There was a small broken piece which was the top shelf of the grill, but we weren’t using that, so it didn’t bother us. If you planned to use the small upper shelf of the grill you may want to consider another option. The property had everything we needed for the kitchen including a blender, mixer (which we used to bake a cake), toaster, and two different coffee makers. All of the paper products and washing powders and trash bags. We literally just brought ourselves and food items and that’s it. Nothing else was needed and we didn’t have to run to the store for anything that we wasn’t food related. They also had passes for the coaster in Estes Park! We definitely recommend for larger families!

Excellent place to stay, Laura left me enough room and allowed me access to store gear in the garage prior to my arrival; she didn't have an issue calling me back to answer a couple of questions I had about check-out and the possible need for me to extend a night due to road closures. I'll be planning to stay here again, if not this year it will be next year.

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

The Spruce Nest is a gem! From the moment we opened the door to a cozy fire to then locking it up until the next time, we cannot say enough about the place, the amenities, the beds, the beer on tap and frosted mugs in the freezer in concert with Tom's attention to every detail from reservation to the date of this review. I apparently left a book and Tom contacted me and is mailing it back to me. Talk about a fantastic host! We yet to stay in a place where our dogs were as welcomed and their needs so attentively considered. The location is amazing and there is a dog park near by that is not to be missed. There is another residence attached that we had the fortune of viewing and it looks just as incredible. We can't wait to come back! Enjoy this little Steamboat nugget!

I booked this house for a girls trip and we had a fabulous time! The location was excellent and everything was very clean and comfortable! We would certainly book again

We loved our time over Christmas at Jordan’s place! We had our children and grandchildren join us for 4 days of fun. Waking up on Christmas morning and having everyone open presents in front of the beautiful fireplace was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. And you can’t beat the beautiful surroundings as you are encircled by mountains. Jordan was incredibly friendly and proactive, and did everything he could to prepare us for the trip and make sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this home for a family get together where you can spend time inside and out!!

Great time at Rebel Ranch. Beautiful setting with aspen trees next to house and beautiful mountains out the front window. Large house with plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. Joshua was very helpful leading up to trip and during it. Peaceful rural location. 30 min to town and to ski. Will come again!

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

We had a wonderful time here! It was cozy and a great place to unwind from your normal scheduled life. Katie was so kind and responsive. I would definitely recomend this place. I loves it!

We had a large party staying at Bruce's place for a weekend. Bruce's communication is top tier when it comes to hosts and it really helped with logistical concerns. The space itself is very well appointed. The furnishings were comfortable and usable, linens, towels dishes, utensils were plentiful, appliances were all in great working order, climate control was simple and Bruce's explanation of the well issues were really helpful for our planning so we didn't tax the water system. I would recommend 4wd/awd during major snowstorms as the driveway can be difficult when icy and Bruce let us know about that ahead of time which was also very thoughtful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Bruce's property in the future.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at! We saw lots of deer and turkey around the house and got to enjoy the nature around too. It’s a very clean, peaceful and spacious house with lots to do at the house, but also in a great location for exploring. Maria sent many recommendations and we really enjoyed our stay! I will be back!

I think this is the 4th time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. My in-laws were with us this time and it's perfect. We always feel so at home. It's nice to come back from a long day of hiking, clean up, cook dinner and relax. The house had everything you need! Thank you for another wonderful and memorable stay!
