I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Seaview, Walberswick

Enjoy a seaside holiday at this much-loved family home in the heart of Walberswick. Excellent food, walks, crabbing and sea swimming are on your doorstep. The beach, shops, pubs and restaurants (including the award-winning Anchor and The Black Dog Deli) and the row-boat ferry to Southwold are all a short walk away. Beautifully, newly renoavted house steps from the beach and local amenities. The fully equiped open plan kitchen diner, leads out through bi fold doors onto a patio and lawned garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Dutch House Barn (with sauna)

Dutch House Barn (DHB) was lovingly restored during 2023/4 in the Suffolk tradition, using reclaimed materials. As from July 2025 the property includes an original and now renovated 1970's Finnish sauna. DHB is an annex to Dutch House, where I live with Sue, my wife of 51 years and Poppy our dog, who is now 11. DHB is an entirely wooden structure, renovated to up-to-date building regulations PLEASE NOTE: Minimum booking 2 nights. Min 3 nights on Bank/Public Holidays/Latitude Festival

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Right on the High Street in the heart of Southwold, Port Side holiday apartment has the perfect mix of modern and rustic beauty to make you feel at home. With 2 full king size bedrooms with en-suites, port side sleeps up to 4 guests and boasts top of the range appliances making your stay one to remember. Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!

Cottage in Walberswick

Pegasus Cottage is our cosy holiday home nestled in a peaceful lane in Walberswick. Built after the war as a Swedish wooden house, there are beautiful walks in every direction, to the sea, the river, the marshes, the woods and of course into the iconic village itself. The cottage is our own homely but treasured holiday retreat so is comfortable, personal and a little frayed around the edges. We love sharing it with like-minded people.
