We had a great time at this amazing fun spaceful residence. We stayed for a 39th bday celebration weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place with all the space an amenities anyone would ever need. Plenty of room for 11 people to sleep eat drink and be marry. The bathrooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen had all the comforts of home and we used quite a bit of them. The best were the plastic champange flutes just a little touch that was nice and conciderate from the host to have there for everyone to use. The private dock was the best place to settle around after a day on the lake to wade in the water and finish off the remaining food and beverages we had. Cental AC worked like a charm to keep everything cool and very comfortable while it was 107 outside. Cindy the host was very responsive and even aske before check in what treats the bday person liked. It was a spacious great stay and Cindy made everything super easy. I will stay here agian and again.

Ryan's home is clean and well decorated. He is thoughtful of the guest and added touches of welcome from the beginning. Ryan is easy to communicate with. The home is just how you see it in the pictures and had enough space for 12 of us. The bathroom was slightly small for me, but I'm slightly larger and that's pretty much my own preference. Again, thanks Ryan for lending your home to us.

Wonderful house and location with plenty of sleep options for a multi-family vacation. The only complaint was beyond the host’s control — a severe issue with flies all around the property that, at times, made it difficult to relax. The host provided lots of sprays and swatters but this is par for the course at this time of year so be prepared for that if you come in late summer or early fall. Aside from that, the host was super responsive and worked with local property managers that could help with anything we needed.

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

Colorado River Golf GetawayStay

This is the perfect place for golfers. Loved watching them golf. Christopher place was clean, very well stocked with spices and every baking dish you would want. There are plenty of flatware and dishes in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The garage was a real asset. The hot tub was wonderful on the colder days, just the right temp. All in all I hope we can return.

Gorgeous 5-Star Home on the Lake, Heroes Retreat!

We have stayed in this gated community before so we are very familiar with the area and this is partially why we chose this particular home. This home however stood out in its cleanliness and comfort level. The furnishings were top notch and our family felt like we were at home. Appreciated having the coffee pods available and being responsive when we had questions. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Very well stocked for long term stays, in ~5 weeks total the only household item I had to even purchase was some more paper towels. Host is super friendly and responsive. Overall an excellent value for the price paid. The only downside at all was the Internet connectivity going out a few times, which is more on the local (wireless) ISP than anything; when it was working however it was pretty decent (50 Mbps symmetrical), though if you're a remote worker (like myself) you should definitely have a 5G backup available (5G service in that location is quite good, over 100 Mbps most of the time).

We had a wonderful stay at Axel's home. Always the nicest communication and very fast response time. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything you would need for a great stay. The house was very clean and decorated with comfort in mind. The location is amazing and private. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much!

Great open home. Close to river.

Joel’s home looks a little plain when you 1st pull in the driveway but when you go through the front door you realize you found a gem! We felt like we were at home. His home was better supplied than any other vacation rental that we have ever stayed in. Another plus for this home is watching all the golfers on the #1 tee. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here and if we are ever in Bullhead City again, we will rent this home!

I had an amazing experience . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an entertaining home for family. I am a mother of 7 and they all had fun. Not one complaint of being bored. Restaurants and casino only a 10 -15 min drive. I look forward to booking this home again in the near future.

Newly Built Family Vacation Home

We really enjoyed this house. we stopped by for the weekend to boat Lake Mojave and this place was perfect for that. it had lots of parking outside in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The inside was very comfortable with a large living and dining area. the master bed and bath is beautiful.

Great spot for a crash pad during a lake weekend. Tons of beds and couches to crash on. Neighbor was very friendly and helpful. Tiny kitchen and dining area, so don't plan big meals there. Parking on the actual property is rough, but across the street offers plenty for all your trucks and boat/UTV trailers.
