Rotorua township , lakes , restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping are also within an easy drive. Easy guest access down a short driveway provides safe and secure off street parking for vehicle, mountain bikes etc. Stays not suitable for children due to outside features.

Kick back and relax in this self-contained attached unit with separate entrance. Perfectly located in Otumoetai, close to the city, beaches, shops and parks. Our unit caters for up to four guests, with its own bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor area and on site parking. 2 eBikes are available for hire and the use of the spa pool at a small fee. Please advise when booking so I can have bikes charged and ready and the spa pool heated for the cooler evenings.
