This is a newly renovated house with 4 lovely double bedrooms( one is en-suite) &2 bathrooms and a large back yard in Papakura. It has HRV and two heat pump(warm&cold), one in living room, one in master bedroom. It is opposite to Rosehill College just 300meter to State Highway 1 exit 458 . The way to the airport is 18km and at most 20 minutes’ drive. To the CBD is 32km away which is around 30 min from the house. It is very easy and fast via motorway.
