3-bedroom house on a 622 square meter land. The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. Please check the photos About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. Queen bed and a double bed, one in each bedroom, with wardrobes. TV, heating, & WIFI internet. The living area has large sofas, dining tables, & lovely sunny conservatory. Microwave, oven, fridge, utensils, & crockery. Washing machine & iron. Parking for one in the garage & another on the driveway. Centrally located next to two large supermarkets, walk to the city centre, the Hamilton Lake, cafe's, Waikato Hospital, & WINTEC. Only a short drive to the Hamilton Gardens & University.

Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door.
