Situated in the secluded Waitetuna Valley is our modern but rustic, luxury accommodation. This unique rural getaway is less than 30 mins from Hamilton and 15 mins on to Raglan. There is one large bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a second queen bed downstairs. ( suitable for couples, small adult groups and children over 12 ) Soak up the peaceful ambience in our beautiful wood-fired hot tub or go for a short walk to our lovely creek where our pet eels are plentiful and enjoy being hand fed.

This beautiful 1925 bungalow in Cambridge has plenty of charm and character. Guests enjoy the whole property which includes outdoor areas accessed through French doors to beautifully landscaped gardens. Karaka Seaview Cottage

A peaceful , private , luxuriously appointed replica of an original NZ Settler's cottage located in the heart of Karaka. Lovely spaces to take advantage of both morning and afternoon sun, stunning gardens and view , a tennis court and swimming pool . The Bus Depot.

The Bus Depot is a rustic retreat overlooking the beautiful firth of Thames. A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.
