Newstead Nature Retreat

This is a quintessential kiwi cottage nestled amongst native New Zealand bush. Ruru cottage is perfect for a unique & relaxing weekend getaway or a week-long trip, and is pet friendly. The cottage is a cosy, peaceful rural stay with everything you need plus native birdsong morning and night. In addition to the stunning outdoor bath and large timber deck, the space has artsy, quirky furnishings that make for a very special stay. The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Inside the cottage, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, convection oven, hobs, and a toaster. Nestled amidst berry farms and renowned country-style cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, Gardeners Cottage is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Hamilton & 15 minutes from Cambridge.

Cosy Boutique Rural Cottage - Kakariki Cottage

Cosy Rural cottage in a private and peaceful setting nestled between feijoa hedges. Private access and set back from main road. Bed is on Mezzanine floor Ample deck to enjoy a evening sunset. Located 5 minutes from Aucklands Southern motorway and just 35 minutes from the CBD, and 20 minutes from Auckland Intl Airport. A great place to get away from the busy city. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

Kaitoke Cottage

This cosy modern cottage is nestled amongst native trees and birdlife. Just steps from the scenic Kaitoke Walkway, this modern one-bedroom abode combines cosy comfort with a light footprint. The cottage offers an open living area, separate bedroom, bathroom and a private patio-area, all crafted with sustainable materials. The cottage is located in the back of our family property with private access and carpark. We provide fresh linen and towels, tea & coffee, and basic cooking facilities.

A short walk to historic Thames, cafes and bars. Close to Coromandel, Hauraki rail trail, Pinnacles, 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms and spa, awesome sunsets! Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.
