Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Da es für Airbnb system-technisch nicht möglich ist, folgende lokale GEBÜHREN nach dem Alter der Gäste aufzuteilen, müssen wir vor Ort EXTRA erheben:  für jeden Gast ab dem 15. Lebensjahr pro Nacht: a) Ortstaxe - 3,90 EUR b) Mobilitätsabgabe - 0,50 EUR Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher (1 Set/Person) sind inkludiert.

Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Waking up in the morning sun - Aufwachen unter der Morgensonne… Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb vom schönen Ortzentrum St. Johann im Pongau auf einer Anhöhe von etwa 700 Höhenmetern und man hat einen wunderbaren Panoramablick über das ganze Tal. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch überall schnell erreichbar: Lebensmitteldiskonter (Hofer, Norma) - 5 min. Stadtzentrum St. Johann im Pongau - 10 min. Bahnhof - 10 min. Sportwelt Amade - 15min.
