This condo is in a nice gated community! It's 10 mins from downtown and 11 from Magnolia. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large sleeper sectional. You can also enjoy the high speed internet and NFL RedZone package. This unit is also great for families. We have a toddler bed, pack and play and a high chair available upon request. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all. ** The pool is closed until about the first of April. I’ll remove this note when it’s open again.
