There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
