Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Authentic Kea island house

Authentic kea house is located on a cliff with a beautiful view, quite remote but also close to places and combines a rural life with comfortable modern elements. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Το σπίτι είναι σε δύο επίπεδα το πρωτο περιλαμβανει σαλονι κουζινα και ενα wc.Το δεύτερο 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ενα μπάνιο.Το σπίτι εχει μεγάλη βεράντα με καταπληκτική θέα στο γραφικο λιμάνι του βουρκαριου. The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.
