The Yellow Bungalow

Sea front, elegant and minimalistic bungalow. Unique space of living and bedroom, with a separate kitchen equipped with basic utensils and bathroom. Just a few meters above sea level with amazing view to Vourkari and bay. Comfortable setting to enjoy the outdoors space with chaises longues and outdoor dinning table. 500meters from Vourkari where someone can find beautiful typical tavernas, bars, galleries and mini market. Within a distance of 3km someone can find 4 beaches for swimming.

Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Welcome to our renovated traditional stone built home! The interior features a modern hue, it is spacious and includes all the amenities to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden and walk around our picturesque village, or use it as a starting point to discover the numerous beaches of the island. We are located 200m to the port, there are 4 beautiful beaches in a range of 200m to 4km and within walking distance to the commercial part of Korissia.

A peaceful and elegant retreat, a 50 square meter detached maisonette, with beautiful sea views and unforgettable sunsets, surrounded by nature in the private garden, just 5 minutes from beaches, the port ,Chora and nightlife. At the upper level of the house, there is the living room with the fully equipped kitchen and downstairs, there is the bedroom and the bathroom. Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.
