ΖΕΦΥΡΟΣ 1

One of two self contained apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes available to rent. 2 km from the main port of Patitiri and just 0,5 km from the village of Votsi, which has a mini supermarket and some good tavernas and restaurants near the harbour. Private off road parking. Each apartment has the facility to accommodate a third family member to be arranged with the host. In season the local bus can stop outside. Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.

Cool Flat, in cool Votsi Village, near wild beach

Cool appartement dans le très tranquille village de Votsi, avec terrasse et vue sur mer. A quelques à pied d'une splendide plage sauvage (Spartines). L'appartement comporte 2 chambres, un salon, une salle de bain et une cuisine ainsi que sa terrasse avec vue sur mer. Un cadre idéal pour passer des instants paisible entre amis ou en famille. Le petit port de Votsi est lui aussi à 5 minutes à pied et il est possible de s'y baigner dans son eau émeraude et transparente. Repos e tranquillité.

They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

Theodora's Green House

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic. Literally 3 minutes walking distance from "Votsi" beach where you can find cafes and restaurants with local food. Around 500m from the wild "Spartines" beach. "Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The house is located in Patitiri, it is accessible on foot and by road, it is quite close to the bus-taxi stop, food market, bakery and bank. It is newly built and has new equipment (furniture, linen, electrical appliances) and a yard.
