Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Initially we were going to go to a hotel for our last couple of days in Belgrade, Serbia after 2 months in Novi Sad. All the rooms were booked do to the European basketball tournament. Well that turned out to be a good thing because this place is great. What caught my eye initially was the price but seeing the pictures and realizing it was on the Sava River we decided this was it. It is a little bit out of the way but if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the place. (Sometimes there are loud parties at night close by.) The main entrance is through a door to the lower deck area which also leads to the river. This area has a BBQ, bar, sink, other seating and wait fot it,.....party lights!!!!! To the right is a somewhat steep staircase to the living area with another door at the top. The upstairs also has another semi private deck overlooking the river. Being a total sun bum from California I spent most of my time on this deck. My partner but so much during the sunshine. Also at night the lights on the river are magical. The instructions with pictures for the TV, LED projector, sound system, wood burning stove and party lights were very clear. Awesome sound system by the way. Easy to connect your phone via Bluetooth and rock. The LED projector has a HDMI to USB-C cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus an air popper, espresso machine, toaster, pots, pans, range and decent fridge. The couch/fold out bed was comfy as a couch and a bed. The deck furniture was perfect. Seriously, I lived in the sling beach chair. And prolly most important the place was very clean. The instructions to get here are very clear but the pictures are absolutley necessary. Since it is out of the way getting a taxi may be a challenge but the bus system is great. There is a bus stop on the main road next to the turn off for the property. Minutes away are great restaurants and bars along the river and lake. Dragan is a great host. He keeps in contact to make sure everything is perfect. We will definitly rent from him again.

Komunikacija je bila jednostavna i brza. Lenina kuća je dobro opremljena. U dvorištu je pravo uživanje.

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

Das Aufenthalt war sehr zufriedenstellend . Der Gastgeber bietet Flughafentransfer an ! Es ist zu empfehlen diesen wahrzunehmen, da Taxen/Uber etc. viel teurer sind.

This is the second time that we have stayed with Dragana at house of owls and the place did not disappoint. We all absolutely love the space and instantly feel right at home. We never want to leave but Dragana was so helpful in showing us the local area and making some suggestions on what to do. The house is decorated all over in amazing maximalist style with so many well chosen pieces and colour. I would highly recommend a stay here for complete relaxation.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat quasi ein kleines Grundstück für sich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen, abseits gelegenen Siedlung, aber fußläufig ist eine Bushaltestelle erreichbar, die einen alle paar Minuten nach Belgrad bringt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. In der Nachbarschaft laufen freundliche Hunde herum, die einen häufiger besuchen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Great and spacecious place.. city centar and park are just in front of the door! Stairs for second floor might be problematic for preschool kind and older people.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, lots to do nearby. Also super easy to get to Belgrade either by bus or car go, same for Zemun. Parking can always be a bit tricky but we found it easy to park. Apartment was well kept and clean. Fantastic view from the balcony. Highly recommend to all. There’s a cafe on the corner just across the road and a bakery and little supermarket. Lots of pubs and places to eat within walking distance! Will definitely book again when we revisit! Marko was so helpful, check in was super easy and we had no problems at all! Thank you so much!

The host was responsive to my questions, the place was easy to find even late at night with heavy luggage, and the computer chair and bed were both comfortable. Given the affordability and the location (proximity to the city center) of this listing, I am rating five stars (as I am not the type to complain, especially when I'm booking at this price point). Having said that, I found the place to be a little "rough around the edges" compared to my other recent Airbnb experiences. I've left detailed private feedback for this host, which I hope he finds helpful. 🙏 Just one important note I want to mention publicly: If you are working online, and doing important live video calls for a living, I recommend coming prepared with mobile data, as I relied on it heavily after my students' videos were freezing in every call my first couple of days.

We were extremely happy to stay in this apartment, it really felt like home. Since we had a small child with us we’ve appreciated that the apartment was big and quiet. We’ve also really liked the view. Thank you very much, everything was great!

Aleksandra is great host. Department is well equiped, clean and has all as per images. We enjoyed and were satisfed with place.

Boendet mötte våra förväntningar och var mycket charmigt. Balkongen var fantastisk. Vladimir var mycket tillmötesgående. Något ostädat i köket (framförallt i lådor), men överkomligt.

Goed onderhouden appartement met lift. Alles op loopafstand met de bakker, stad en supermarkt om de hoek. Aardige host. Zeker de moeite waard om te boeken!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families. One of the highlights was the pool, conveniently located on the same floor – we used it every day! The location couldn’t be better; it’s within a walking distance to the city center, yet still in a peaceful area. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed at Dragana's place for the Belgrade Marathon. It was the perfect location for exploring the city as well. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had beautiful furnishings. I would love to stay again. Dragana was very helpful, met us in person and showed us around. A great introduction to Serbia!

Lokacija je super, brza i laka komunikacija, za ovu cenu je sasvim pristojan stan, i ako je bio kisan dan, uzivali smo u prostranoj terasi :)
