Das Haus liegt in einer Entfernung von ca 1 Autostunde von Catania. Das Grundstück ist auch Lebensraum von Katzen, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen, deshalb sollten Sie Sympathien für Katzen haben.

Casa Petra è molto più di una casa, è un luogo autentico, uno spazio antico, in parte scavato nella roccia, dove è stato conservato e restaurato lo stile unico delle case contadine di una volta. La casa si trova all'interno di un antico quartiere arroccato sulla collina di fronte alla Cattedrale di San Pietro con un reticolato di stradine, cortili, vicoli e case sovrapposte che riecheggia i quartieri popolari del medioevo. Vivere Casa Petra più che un soggiorno è un esperienza.

Forte Santa Barbara

Forte Santa Barbara è un elegante appartamento di 90 m² al primo piano con ingresso semi-indipendente, in un palazzo storico ristrutturato nel cuore di Catania. Pavimenti originali, soffitti a volta, due terrazzini e una spettacolare doccia doppia regalano fascino e comfort. La via è pedonale perché sotto l’edificio si trova la suggestiva Tricora romana (II-IV secolo d.C.): qui dormirai letteralmente sopra la storia della città.
