Casa Collini - Luxuriöse Villa mit Meerblick+Pool

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa: Cozy pearl in midst of nature

Classic Istrian house decorated with stone pillars, surrounded by olive and palm trees. Located in an authentic and quiet location of greenery, plains and vineyards. New charging for electric cars from 2024. New outdoor pool from june 2021 (32m2) is part of terracy. Grocery shopping, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants are within reach just 1 km away. 10 km away lays dozens of beautiful beaches and the award winning culinary restaurants of Porec, and its surrounding touristy areas.

The house accommodates 6-7 people across 140 m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and additional seating that can serve as a bed for one child, and a separate toilet. The first floor houses one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
