Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge. We are located on the northern tip of the OBX...in Va!!!!! This tiny home is in the most secluded area of the resort. Offering tons of nature and beautiful surroundings. One of the 2 pools is only 150 steps away. the beach is 950 steps...or you can drive and park at the resort entrance. We have pickle ball and a boat ramp. You can park your boat behind your unit if you wish and the fishing is great! we provide all beach accessories!!

**Newly RENOVATED for 2025**. Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Grandma's Gift, Surfside at Sandbridge

Grandma's Gift is a cozy cottage with partial water views that sits on the beautiful Bay Back National Wildlife Refuge. You can watch the natural beauty of the Back Bay or take a short two block walk to Sandbridge Beach! Play tennis at our clubhouse, swim in two pools, hike or bike through a nature trail in Back Bay, go kayaking, rent jet skis right next door or go fishing in the Atlantic Ocean on the Pier at Sandbridge Beach right across the street.

Welcome to The Mermaid’s Lair, a serene lakefront studio on Crystal Lake with floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning water views, and a private patio. The space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Perfect for peaceful getaways, this retreat offers comfort, beauty, and natural charm.
