Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The house is located in the quiet village Ramsdalen outside Saltarö (Värmdö), only 40 kilometers from Slussen, and you can get here by car (40-45 minutes ) or bus. The bus, which stops outside the house, takes just over an hour from Slussen (one change).
