What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in October and it’s safe to say that the pictures do not do this place justice. The place is private and it is an excellent location with lots of activities (kayaking, paddle boarding). We enjoyed it a lot!

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.

Very lovely place to stay when you want to explore Stockholm but prefer calm time too. Felt like I was at home. Very social cat there sat with me through night and helped me to study (distraction was perhaps bigger). Would recommend it to anyone (emotional support by the cat).

Pias stugor var helt magiska och toppade t.o.m. alla fina bilder. En fantastisk idyll med ett helt privat läge, lugnt och tyst men samtidigt alltid något att se på med båtar som passerar osv. Fräscha och rena stugor med väldigt charmig inredning och en fantastisk utsikt. Pricken över i:et var definitivt den vedeldade bastun och att kunna gå rakt ut och dyka i vattnet. Ett riktigt minne för livet för alla i familjen! Pia var dessutom en riktig toppen-värd och gav oss massa bra tips. Vi kommer definitivt gärna tillbaka!

Superfint naturområde, nära vatten för bad och fiske. Jag rekommenderar att utforska dag ett då det finns flera platser vid vatten att hitta, finns både för den som vill bada och den som vill fiska. Dock så hittade vi fiskeplatsen för sent. Stugan är häftig, man har allt vad man behöver. Vi tog med oss ett popup-tält som var välbehövlig då det regnade. Värden är trevlig och svarar alltid supersnabbt. Tack Vi kommer säkert tillbaka

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

Nous avons excellent séjour dans la maison de Carl. L'emplacement dans la nature magnifique de l'Archipelago de Stockholm permet de nombreuses promenades, alternant sous bois accueillants, bords de lacs et de mer baltique. La maison est vraiment à 100 mètres de la mer qu'on aperçoit à travers les bouleaux qui bordent la propriété. L'été, on doit pouvoir faire du kayak ou du paddle en toute tranquillité et sillonner les canaux à l'abri du vent. Le petit port de Stavnas, point de départ vers les îles de l'extrême est de l'archipel (dont la fameuse et merveilleuse Sandham) est à peine à 10 mn en voiture. Il y a une grande épicerie ICA et une boulangerie à quelques mn de la maison. Le premier system bolaeget se trouve à Gustavberg, environ 25 km. Le restaurant du Stromma Krog, à une dizaine de km est parfait pour dîner ou prendre un pot au bord de l'eau. Enfin, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner. Le barbecue à gaz est très efficace. Merci encore à Carl !

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

I had such a beautiful experience staying here that I can’t stop talking about it to my friends. The island is stunning and with everything that the hosts make available for use, like the kayak, there’s plenty to do. It’s quiet and private, with plenty of areas where to lounge and look at the sunset. The cottage photos don’t make it justice as it’s even more cute and curated than it appears. The hosts are incredibly kind , helpful and down to accomodate requests and necessities. I will always remember this place and keep it in my heart hoping to go back!

Mikael var en exemplarisk värd som fick oss att känna oss som hemma. En väldigt fin stuga, perfekt för en familj att spendera några dagar i skärgården, oavsett väder. Barnen älskade allt som gick att göra. Ett välutrustat kök med riktiga vinglas, vassa knivar och basutbud av kryddor, oljor etc. som gjorde att det var en fröjd att laga mat. Kan verkligen rekommendera Mikaels stuga.

We kwamen voor de tweede keer bij Lena en haar schapen. We hebben het weer heel fijn gehad. De schapen hadden net allemaal lammetjes gekregen, prachtig gezicht!

Typisch schwedisches Haus, das unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern, haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt und Daniel hat unsere Fragen, die wir z.B. zur Sauna hatten, sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass wir uns nach ein paar Tagen Stockholm gut erholen und entspannen konnten. In der Nähe gibt es ein Naturschutzgebiet und einen Nationalpark, die man in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Dort gibt es ausgeschilderte Wanderrouten, die auch im Winter (ohne Schnee) viel Abwechslung bieten. Der Ort Dalarö bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt und der Supermarkt ist erstaunlich gut sortiert. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Brötchen und Zimtschnecken der örtlichen Bäckerei. Sicherlich kommen wir im Sommer wieder, um die vielen Bade- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten auszuprobieren.

Jättemysig stuga som har allt man behöver! Lugnt och fint område med skog och fågelkvitter utanför dörren. Fick massa bra tips på saker man kan göra, vi var där under lågsäsong men tog oss till en strand för kallbad! Alexander var mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående! Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Aasa’s stuga is beautifully located surrounded by forest with a view through to the lake. It is quiet with great bird life. The sun room is light and airy. The double bedroom small and cosy. Kitchen very workable. Small verandah a wonderful sun trap!. We much enjoyed our time there, Robyn

Confortable, joli et en pleine nature, à 2 min à pied du ponton pour la baignade ; séjour très agréable et reposant avec de nombreux sentiers dans la forêt à partir du logement. Hôtes très accueillants.

Wir haben unsere 5 Nächte sehr genossen und eine Unterkunft vorgefunden, die 1:1 der Beschreibung und den Bildern entsprach. Das Haus, besser die Häuser sind nicht neu, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck total. Wir haben den Ausblick beim fruhstuck genossen, waren in der Sauna und haben am Steg gebadet. Der Kamin ist ein echtes plus! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, das Grundstück sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Der Kontakt mit olle war immer nett, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die es einsam mögen einfach perfekt! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Es war einfach herrlich in dieser typischen Atmosphäre des Archipels in der Nähe von Stockholm und Schären auf der Veranda ganz nach Belieben der Natur und in September Sonne dem sanften Wind als dem lautesten Geräusch zu lauschen 🌄 - Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die zwei Aussenhütten können mit Hotelstandart verglichen werden. Der nächste ICA - Supermarkt befindet sich ein paar Autominuten entfernt und kann ohne Stress auch mit dem Bus erreicht werden. Die freundlich klare Kommunikation von Johan bis zur Abreise war sehr angenehm!

It was a very pleasant stay at Gabriel's place! We enjoyed the surroundings to walk and the sauna. The place is very cosy and quiet. We recommend this location for peaceful holidays.

We had to change our holliday plans and Annikki and Gregor made it possible for us to come a few days earlier. They are very friendly. We were in the cabin for 8 days, late August. The island and archipelago are beautiful and this time of year very quiet. We came by boot and bus but public transport on the island and to other islands is limited (this time of year?) and the bus doesn’t always stop nearby. For the supermarket and sightseeing we could use Annikki’s and Gregors bikes so we biked a lot all over the island.
