Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. With our chalet style house you will have plenty of space for entertaining. We are located on a dead end road perfect for walks with the family with breathtaking views of the sunset all summer. The hot tub located on the front porch is perfect for stargazing at night! The house is located 23 miles from Ellsworth, 10 miles from Winter Harbor which is home to the ferry terminal that will take you to Bar Harbor for the day!

A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.

Washer/dryer (in basement, entrance through outside door underneath deck), linens and cookware included but Housekeeping is NOT included. Pet friendly with additional cleaning fee.

The unit is located in a 7-room house NOT occupied by the owners. Entry is through a common door next to the parking spot. Apartment entrance is at the top of the second floor and secured with a keyless lock. You have the entire third floor to yourselves. There is a well-stocked, full kitchen/TV room either four power recliners and balcony overlooking the Kennebec River. The bedroom has a queen bed with second TV and spacious, tiled bathroom.
