Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Vous pouvez aussi facilement garer votre voiture dans le quartier.

Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. High-end loft at Place du Luxembourg

We moved into our new home early 2019 after intensive renovations. As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.
