Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Appartement cosy Buttes Chaumont

Studio de 35m2 (25m2 en loi carrez + 10m2 de mezzanine) : parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule. Il est situé au deuxième et dernier étage sans ascenseur, côté cour, dans une résidence très calme. Il y a une grande TV avec abonnement Canal+, Netflix, Amazon,... L’appartement est à 5mn à pied des Buttes Chaumont, à 5mn à pied du Canal Saint Martin et du Canal de l’Ourcq, à 20mn à pied de la Villette. Le quartier est très vivant et vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut à moins de 100m.

Bienvenue dans notre apaisant appart nouvellement refait, aux portes de Paris (en 15 min) dans un immeuble Haussmannien sur une avenue dynamique qui regorge de commerces, à quelques pas de la station de métro Hoche (N°5). Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos courses quotidiennes et vos sorties. Totalement isolé et surtout sans nuisances sonores de la rue. Notre service de ménage est de qualité hôtelière et nous proposons en supplément le service de navette en voiture de luxe.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Refait à neuf, cet appartement se situe entre le parc de la Villette et le parc de Buttes Chaumont. La pièce principale avec une baie vitrée offre une vue dégagée depuis le grand canapé angle -devenant double lit en un clic-. Situation : L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage (for our American friends : this means 3rd floor for you: ground floor + 2, ), avec ascenseur et se trouve à 600 mètres du magnifique parc des Buttes-Chaumont, et 100 mètres du quai de Loire et du canal Saint-Martin. Les stations Jaurès (ligne 2 et 5) et Bolivar (ligne 7 bis) sont à 3 minutes à pied.

Confortable studio Canal st Martin

Joli studio de 29 m2 + 4 m2 de balcon sur jardin. Parfait pour une ou deux personnes. Cuisine tout équipée, table à manger, coin salon, coin chambre (lit de 140*200). À côté de la station Jaurès/Bolivar. 250 m du canal de l’ourcq, 700 m des Buttes Chaumont. Place du marché sécrétan, A noter qu’il s’agit de ma résidence principale.
