The house on the beach

The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.

Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

La Villa è molto confortevole su due piani, il piano di sopra con le stanze da letto tutte dotate di climatizzatore e pompe di calore e il piano di sotto con due soggiorni uno di rappresentanza ed uno più riservato indicato per la lettura. Le stanze sono tutte molto ampie e accoglienti I bagni sono 2 al piano superiore e 2 al piano inferiore La cucina è ampia e spaziosa, dotata di 2 forni e uno forno a microonde. All’esterno in un patio c’è la possilita di un barbecue.
