Enjoy a couples getaway at this year-round lakefront condo located at Southwood Shores. The unit is ground level entry with a 2nd level lakefront balcony in the back. It's conveniently located off HH and at mm12. It’s perfect for a romantic weekend, a girls trip, conference stay, bikers, golfers, and Calo parents. *Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay.

Our updated condo overlooks a quiet cove,while having a great view of the main channel. Enjoy being close to all popular bars & restaurants, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, 2,200 lakefront boardwalk, and roped swimming area. Master suite features a comfy king bed. In addition, you have a pull-out queen sofa bed in family room. This allows up to 4 people to enjoy! This parking lot level, renovated, condo has a queen bed and a walk-in shower for your comfort. The kitchen features a full size, stainless steel refrigerator, oven/range, and microwave. You will also find a George Foreman personal size electric grill and a Keurig coffee maker with a reusable pod for your own selection, or enjoy some pods that are waiting for you.
