The south facing, private, walled garden is a beautiful sun trap, which can also be enjoyed from the garden room. 1 small dog allowed

This holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. There is a wonderful sea-view from the balcony where you can relax. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

Welcome to my bright loft apartment. The flat is a bit of a show-off; it's not only very spacious and modern but featuring so many skylights, it's drenched in light, making it a beautiful spot to relax in. Owner-occupied (though I won’t be there), it’s a quiet and safe space, with a freestanding tub & a huge monsoon style shower & balcony to enjoy. Located on the edge of the old town, it’s near to restaurants, bars and independent stores, and just two mins away from the beach and Turner.

This is a gorgeous Grade II listed Georgian Cottage, situated in a unique, picturesque, cobbled street, in the heart of Broadstairs, two minutes walk from Viking Bay and the beautiful sandy beaches. Everything is on your doorstep, with all the fantastic restaurants, bars and boutique shops that Broadstairs offers. The well styled cottage retains original features and is full of charm, character and the comforts of home. The cottage will make you smile from the moment you arrive.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.

Turnstone Cottage, Deal

Turnstone Cottage is our beautiful cottage in the heart of the Deal conservation area. One minute's walk could take you to the beach, a choice of 3 pubs or the award winning Deal High Street. The cottage is full of character. Sit in the little private courtyard on a sunny day, or warm yourself by the wood burning stove on a chilly night.

Fort Hill, Margate

Spread over three floors above a florists, it comprises two bedrooms each with en suite, and seaviews. And an open plan kitchen / living area on the top floor with lovely views across the Old Town to Dreamland. Directly opposite and about 50 feet from the front door is the Turner Gallery.
