This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval old town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Very fast internet, 200mb/s both download and upload speed.

This modern and spacious (92 m²) seaside apartment has a wonderful location—very close to Tallinn Old Town, the harbour, and Train station. There are all the makings of an ideal family city vacation or business trip with colleagues—a roomy living room with an open kitchen area, two bedrooms, a sauna, a balcony, and in-house parking space. The 70 m2 loft set on two levels in a recently renovated historic building in a peaceful residential street, short walk from the Old Town, Telliskivi and Noblessner. Private patio, windows facing the courtyard, parking. With 2 bedrooms the apartment is ideal for couples and friends sharing and it is also great for families. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.
