Delizioso monolocale a 6 km dal mare, situato nel nord Sardegna, in Gallura, nel comune di Viddalba a metà strada tra Castelsardo e Isola Rossa. Il monolocale, 35 mq,è composto da 2 locali: cucina con divano letto matrimoniali e angolo cottura completo più bagno con doccia. Dotato di tutti i confort: condizionatore, cassetta di sicurezza, TV, frigo, microonde, stoviglie, ampio giardino, posto auto,Ideale per motociclisti. L’utilizzo della cucina è consentito per soggiorni superiori a 3 giorni.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

Viddalba dista 18km dal borgo di Castelsardo e alla stessa distanza da Isola Rossa, dov’è possibile noleggiare gommoni ed escursioni turistiche. Nei dintorni della casa e raggiungibili a piedi troviamo il Museo, bancomat market, tabacchino e lavanderia automatica, oltre a bar, trattoria e pizzerie da asporto.
