CITRUS COTTAGE Close to Chapman U & Disneyland

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

This is the ultimate beach bungalow. Located just steps from the world famous Main Street, Huntington Beach Pier, and of course, miles of Southern Californias best beach. This place offers "everyday resort living" with all the charm of an old fashion beach bungalow. The backyard has a built in bamboo bar and a custom jacuzzi hot tub. There is also a 140 degree dry sauna, great for detox after hitting all those bars and restaurants. Great way to relax and enjoy your vacation. This is the one!

This charming FULLY remodeled lower unit with central A/C is a minute walk to the sand, a 15 minute walk to the pier and Grocery/restaurants including the stunning Lido Hotel across the street. This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.
