Ocean view balcony. 3rd Bedroom Upstairs: Two single beds with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen; can be made up into a King bed. A/C. Newly renovated upstairs Bathroom for bedrooms 2 + 3. Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

See Table Mountain from a Historic Home

Descend the blue staircase and make breakfast in the modern kitchen. Original brick and stone details are whitewashed to brighten the classic aesthetic. Climb to the roof deck, unwind, and admire the breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Please note that in pick season the house is sold in full for 6 persons. GROUND FLOOR Entrance on sitting area with full bouquet dstv viewer Dining area with 6 seater table Fully furnished kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a king size bed if neded to. Batroom with bath/shower FIRST FLOOR 2 unsuite bedrooms with queen size beds and bathroom with shower ROOF TERRACE One small terrace with table for 6 seaters Large terrace with outside couches and fantastic view of Table Mountain Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 11 pm. No parties please. Guests are expected to leave the house clean and report any damage or problems immediately. If you break something, please tell us. If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it. Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray! De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. The MyCiTi bus service and taxi stands are all within few meters Guest can access the whole house and terrace. I give my guest space but I am available when needed Transport around Cape town with a professional tourist guide can be organized The house is in De Waterkant, also known as The Village, which is the only area in town where essential things can be done on foot. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful shops and a supermarket are nearby. The next Citi bus stop is just a few meters away. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town. The open-plan apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed,aircon and is on-suite with toilet and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed,ceiling fan and the separate bathroom has a toilet and a shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven,stove, fridge, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located on a Main road,so expect some noise. There is uncapped fiber wifi, netflix and safe basement parking as well as back up battery during power cuts
