Casa in Toscana con piscina

Casa Rosina è una casa completamente ristrutturata ma che conserva ancora un'atmosfera di altri tempi. Situata in collina , si trova in un borgo medievale con pochissimi abitanti ,dove si può godere del silenzio, immersi nella natura e con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

Questo vecchio casolare del1770 è stato ristrutturato interamente con materiali biologici e nel pieno rispetto dello stile classico Toscano. Il bosco che vicino alla casa, il profumo delle erbe aromatiche e del frutteto creano insieme al tipico arredamento di castagno, ai pavimentini in Cotto Toscano ed ai muri in pietra una combinazione tra colori odori e sensazione di pace che rende il soggiorno unico per senso di pace e relax...un vero e proprio toccasana sensoriale

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
