Ubicato in un edificio da poco ristrutturato dal punto di vista ambientale, ovvero l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono generati da una termopompa. L’energia elettrica è fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici installati sul tetto dell’edificio. L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Appartamento con giardino privato e vista aperta sul lago Maggiore, il piano di Magadino e diverse montagne. È dotato di aria condizionata e di un parcheggio privato. Si trova a Gordola in collina ed è consigliato raggiungerlo con un’automobile. La posizione è ottimale per rilassarsi, ma anche per raggiungere il lago (10 minuti in auto), il fiume in Valle Verzasca (10 minuti in auto) o Locarno (10 minuti di auto). Inoltre, a piedi si può partire per degli interessanti percorsi di montagna.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. “Magnolia” Holiday ECO-Apartment Gordola

The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility.

Departure for mountain excursions directly from the house. The studio flat with private access is reached via a long staircase. Possibility to park the car in public parking spaces located about 15 minutes away. Bus stop reachable in 5 minutes. standing. Tenero station 20 min. standing.
