Settled on the top of a quite hill, surrounded by 10 ha with orchard, vegetable garden, meadows and woods overlooking the valley and village. Private outdoor areas. Wood heating. Saltwater overflow swimming pool (70 m2). High band internet. 30mn/Bergerac vineyards, 1hour/prehistoric sites (Lascaux). Easy access (10mn/highway, 1h/Bordeaux airport). Artist studio on request. Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Cette maison paisible offre un séjour détente à toute la famille. 241M2 habitable rénovée, située au confins du village de Gout Rossignol sans vis à vis ni mitoyenneté. Un terrain arboré de 1000M2 avec piscine sécurisée au sel de 10x5m. Des jeux pour enfants(cabane, pont de singe, varap, toboggan etc). Accés gratuit à un cours de tennis jouxtant la maison. Grange ouverte avec table de ping pong et 6 vélos mis à disposition. La maison est équipée pour 14 personnes, draps et serviettes fournies.

Perfect for nature lovers, this ecological retreat beside our wildflower meadow is the perfect place to unwind. Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

Maison rénovée pour 12 personnes (4 chambres , 3 salles d'eau , 2 WC, cuisine équipée, salon) ,offrant un cadre verdoyant avec terrain de pétanque , tennis de table ,piscine sécurisée, terrasse couverte et grand jardin. Commerces à 5 minutes et nombreux sites à visiter : Brantôme , marché de Ribérac, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne , base pleine nature de Poltrot(accrobranche, labyrinthe végétal, baignade en rivière..),grand étang de La Jemaye ,canoë ... Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis !

Au cœur du Domaine Le Repaire, Chez Misja se situe au bout d'un hameau paisible, à seulement 2 km du village de Mareuil. C'est un gîte chaleureux pour 5 personnes, idéal pour passer d’agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis et profiter du calme et de la douceur de vivre à la campagne. Vous pourrez profiter des équipements communs aux deux gîtes. Piscine avec terrasse ouverte à partir du 01 Mai, une petite pour enfants (3 x 4 mètres), un terrain de tennis, un aire de jeux pour enfants etc.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Beautiful country studio with spectactular views

Located in a charming Dordogne village, this private studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a fabulous romantic terrace complete with a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool (available from June 1st - Nov 1st). The countryside is on your doorstep, with its rolling hills, forests, and lakes.

Le Petit Contrefort

A stay at Le Petit Contrefort offers a taste of country life in France, set within the grounds of the owner's property, guests can enjoy the pool, gardens, views, pizza oven, and meet the various animals. We only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings during the peak July and August periods.
